Archie Kundainazvo, an unlicensed tout was arrested in Chinhoyi last night after he ran over and killed a policeman while attempting to flee from the police. Kundainazvo had been picking up passengers at an undesignated point in the city. He is expected to appear in court where he will face charges of culpable homicide, driving without a license and picking passengers at an undesignated point. The driver of the commuter omnibus which the tout was loading is also expected to face charges.
