Speaking during a meeting with Zanu-PF provincial chairpersons, commissars and secretaries for administration in Harare yesterday, the party’s secretary for administration Ignatius Chombo said that they will be deploying members of the politburo will be deployed to all 10 provinces to launch voter mobilisation and registration exercise during inter-district meetings to be held on July 22 and 23.
Below is a list of Zanu-PF politburo members and the province they will be responsible for:
- Manicaland: Kembo Mohadi, Sithembiso Nyoni and Munyaradzi Machacha
- Bulawayo: Chombo, David Parirenyatwa and Kizito Kuchekwa
- Harare: Sydney Sekeramayi, Saviour Kasukuwere and Mayihlome.
- Mashonaland East: Simbarashe Mumbengegwi, Shuvai Mahofa and Dickson Dzora
- Mashonaland Central: Josaya Hungwe, Kudzanayi Chipanga and Steven Chidawanyika
- Masvingo: Thokozile Mathuthu, Joshua Malinga and Ezekiel Zabanyana
- Midlands: Patrick Chinamasa, Cain Mathema and Mandeya
- Mashonaland West: Obert Mpofu, Mike Bimha and Gadzira Chirumanzu
- Matabeleland South: Prisca Mupfumira, Jonathan Moyo and Florence Gwazemba
- Matabeleland North: Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri, Jorum Gumbo and Berejena.
