Seize vehicles from ministers & Vice Presidents for not attending parliament: Chamisa
Kuwadzana MP Nelson Chamisa said that Parliament should confiscate vehicles belonging to Zanu-PF ministers and Vice Presidents that were in the habit of dodging the question and answer session on Wednesday. Chamisa’s comments come after co-Vice Presidents Emmerson Mnangagwa, Phelekezela Mphoko and a number of ministers on Wednesday abandoned parliament to attend a Zanu PF politburo meeting.
Said Chamisa:
It is my suggestion that the Clerk (of parliament) should compile the names of the Ministers who did not put any apologies so that they can be charged and then we send the ruling to the President because they are not doing their work properly. We can confiscate their cars or office keys to show our disgruntlement.
