President Robert Mugabe arrived from New York where he was attending a conference on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Number 14, which encourages member states to conserve and sustain oceans, seas and marine resources.
He was accompanied by First Lady Grace Mugabe, Simbarashe Mumbengegwi and Oppah Muchinguri Kashiri and other senior government officials. Mugabe was received at Harare International Airport by Vice Presidents; Emmerson Mnangagwa and Phelekezela Mphoko, Minister of State for Harare Miriam Chikukwa, cabinet ministers and service chiefs.
