Zimbabwe's domestic debt now at $4 billion, budget deficit $230 million

A report by Treasury has revealed that Zimbabwe’s domestic debt as of March stands at $4 billion. This is an increase of 40 percent from the previous year. The country is facing serious shortages of both the local bond notes and foreign currency.
