Video: ZRP officers drive away with motorist's car and leave him behind after he asked for a form 265.

A motorist shared this video, in which two Zimbabwe Republic Police officers refused to explain why they did not have any Form 265s at the road block they were manning. The form allows a motorist to pay the fine after seven days. After refusing to explain their conduct the two officers, drove away with the motorist’s car.
