Chiefs in Gutu South refuse to meet Mujuru

Joice Mujuru  will this week launch rallies in rural areas ahead of President Robert Mugabe’s meet the youth rallies organised by the Zanu PF youth league.

However, traditional leaders in Gutu South have given excuses and said they will not meet Mujuru. Chief Mawere yesterday told NewsDay that he was away in Masvingo and did not know anything about the meeting and said that he did not want to be part of political gatherings. Chief Nerupiri said he does not attend political gatherings but where he is invited by government to do government work or business gatherings.
