Chivi Rural District Council chairperson Killer Zivhu addressed more than 100 prostitutes in Hopley yesterday. He pledged to assist them to start income generating projects to better their lives. He also called on the prostitutes to vote for President Mugabe in the 2018 harmonised elections. Said Zivhu
We want us to work together to better your lives, and it is within the same vein where I am also urging you to vote for President Mugabe in the forthcoming election.
He is a tried and tested leader who has diligently served this country. We need your vote.
On the issue of income generating projects, Zivhu said:
We will group you into three categories. The first one will have those living positively with HIV to engage in farming horticultural produce.
The second group will have women who are young and fit to get an opportunity to work in the Harare-Chirundu Highway project that will soon commence, while the last group who have passports will engage in cross-border initiatives.
