Charles Kuwaza had ongoing disputes with top officials in Mugabe’s office

The Zimbabwe Independent reports that the late Charles Kuwaza had ongoing disputes with top officials from the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) and that he had scheduled a meeting with Robert Mugabe this Wednesday to discuss those disputes as well as the goings on at the tender board.

Kuwaza reportedly used parallel structures to secure the meeting with Mugabe as top officials in the OPC blocked his efforts.
