Presidential spokesperson George Charamba has revealed that the government will soon be launching a new programme called Command Content Creation (CCC). According to Charamba this will follow the principles of Command Agriculture and will be the key to the success of digitisation. Charamba also said that this was meant to empower content producers in the country to ensure that they have a ready market for their content.
The government recently announced that they will also be launching Command Economy although this has been criticised by the opposition. Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development Jonathan Moyo has also criticised both Command Agriculture and Command Economy.
