Video: Minister Saviour Kasukuwere appeals for humanitarian aid following floods

Local Government, Public Works and National Housing Minister Saviour Kasukuwere launched an appeal for international humanitarian aid following massive flooding which affected all the country’s provinces. In some cases homes were damaged and people had to be rescued by helicopters from the Air Force of Zimbabwe.
The Minister specifically named the following as being urgently needed:

Shelter and Non-Food Items
Tents
Blankets
Clothing
Sanitary Wear
Stationary
Classroom Tents

Health and Nutrition
Micronutrients
Essential drugs
Water and Sanitation
Safe Water
