Axcil Jefferies Wins again in the Trofeo Middle East Championships

Zimbabwean motorsport prodigy Axcil Jefferies and his driving partner Rik Breukers of the Netherlands won both their races over the weekend to propel them to the top of the inaugural Trofeo Middle East championships. The two also won the first round event at Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi from Februaruary 9 to 11.

Courtesy of their two victories, Jefferies and Breukers now have a one point lead over Huracan driven by young female German driver Carries Shreiner and American Richard Goddard.

The third and last round will take place in Dubai at the beginning of March although the track layout will be different. As it stands 22-year Jefferies has an excellent shot to at the Lamborghini Trofeo Middle East.
