Zanu PF demands for donations from civil servants & schools towards Mugabe's birthday celebrations

A picture circulating on Twitter shows Zanu PF asking for donations from civil servants and schools in Nyanga.

On the notice civil servants are asked to donate a dollar towards Mugabe’s birthday celebrations while primary  schools are required to pay $10, secondary schools should contribute $15 and bording schools $100. The money was supposed to be paid on the 15th of February to District Account Ms Munodawafa. You can see the picture below:
