Mugabe breaks leave to attend 27th Africa-France summit in Mali

President Robert Mugabe is in Mali where he is attending the 27th Africa-France summit. The summit will run from 13-14 January. About 35 heads of State & govts expected including Chad, Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe are in attendance.
