Promise Mkwananzi's case against President Robert Mugabe to be heard next month

Tajamuka spokesperson, Promise Mkwananzi‘s constitutional application against President Robert Mugabe where he is seeking an order to compel Mugabe to step down alleging that the 92 year-old Zimbabwean leader has failed to properly run the country is set to be heard on the 8th of February 2017. The application was done in terms of Section 167 (2) (d) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe For The Determination of whether The President has failed to fulfil his constitutional obligation and duties as required by Section 90 (1) and (2).
