Harare City Council Executives hide salaries from councilors for 8 years

Harare City council (HCC) executives have been accused of arrogance and hiding their salaries from the city councilors.

Speaking at Town House on Monday, Councillor Peter Moyo said:

It is very unfortunate that we have been requesting the salaries for the executives since 2008 but we could not get it up to this day.
