The government has finally concluded its purchase of 60% of <a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Telecel_Zimbabwe" target="_blank">Telecel Zimbabwe</a>.  Government wrapped up the deal with Global Telecom and Vimplecom , the two companies who owned 60% of Telecel.
