Econet settles long running Nigerian dispute, gets $127m for 4,2% stake

Econet Wireless has  finally ended its long running legal battles with Nigerian based telecoms compnay Bharti Airtel. Econet Wireless agreed to dispose of  its 4,2 % stake for $127 million.  This figure is rather surprising though because a figure of $3 billion was once touted as compensation due to Econet Wireless.
