Zimbabwean football starlet sign first professional contract at 17

Tristan Nydam, a Zimbabwean born, Colchester raised footballer has just signed his first professional contract with Ipswich Town  Football Club, after turning 17 on Sunday 6 November.  A 17 year old can only sign a contract with a maximum of 2 years, which is what Ipswich offered to Nydam.
