Detective Joseph Nemaisa and his team allegedly manhandled and arrested CIO ‘informer’ Delish Nguwaya at Harare Magistrates Court. Nguwaya has accused Police Chief Superintendent Nyaradzai Majachani and Superintendent Sheperd Tachiona of receiving $30 000 in bribe money from Croco Motors to cover-up the fact that the company was smuggling vehicles. Nguwaya himself is facing charges of extorting $20 000 from Chinese businessman, Baonin Guo.
