The State has revived a case in which Wicknell Chivayo and Genius Kadungure are being charged for defrauding two local businessmen about six years ago.
Chivayo was brought to court yesterday tp answer for the charges but no indications were on Kadungure appearance.
The case is that in November 2012, Chivayo connived with Kadungure to defraud unnammed individuals on two separate occassions useing pretense.
