Emmerson Mnangagwa has said that he has already won the Constitutional Court application filed by MDC Alliance presidential candidate Nelson Chamisa challenging the Presidential election results.
Speaking during an interview with the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), Mnangagwa said he would be mentally disturbed to think that he will lose the court case. Said Mnangagwa:

When asked by the interviewer how he had already won a case that is set to be heard on Wednesday this week, Mnangagwa said:
Yes because if we have got an election, it’s declared free and fair during the process of campaigning, it’s declared free, fair and transparent during voting and I get more than two thirds majority and with that the presidential vote I get 50.8% of the national vote and my nearest person gets 44. Why would I ever think I will lose unless I have some problems with my thinking.
The matter will be heard at the Constitutional Court this Wednesday. Chief Justice Luke Malaba is reported to have instructed all losing presidential candidates that they cannot file any court papers in support of Nelson Chamisa’s presidential challenge. The Chief Justice said the candidates can only file court papers if they oppose Chamisa’s petition

I doubt the credibility of this article, am now used to some journalists most them are really biased, some of the lies reported even a grade 1 pupil can not believe them.
