Zimbabwean inventor Maxwell Chikumbutso has moved the headquarters of Saith Technologies to California in the United States of America. Chikumbutso claimed to have invented a number of things among them, the electric car which he said does not use any fuel. Chikumbutso says he was not appreciated in Africa and has now moved to the United States.
The USA Government saw what Africa did not and California is now our HOME, the Head Office of Saith Holdings Inc. I always love AFRICA and I’m so proud of being born and raised in AFRICA. I will surely come back to Zimbabwe where everything started.
this hurts me , Africa is underdeveloped , not because we were colonised ,but because of lack of understanding ,that a technology develops a country . We as black people never appricate the presence ,of an innovative mind ,so one will continue to ask when are we going to see an aeroplane made in Africa,when are we going to see a car made in Africa .Imagine if seriousness had been tacken into funding his project ,for the benefit of Africa to have a starting point in developing the product he made .Western Country set aside a lot of funding into Scientific field research applicable to various industries ,but here Africa that level of thinking still lacking ,which is why we conmtinue to loose important people ,like Mr Chikumbutso .

This is very true. My heart bleeds. Africa is always celebrating mediocrity!! Front pages of papers are all about politicians buying Bentleys and Aeroplanes yet the countries are bleeding!!! We can even manufacture toothpicks or baby pampers/diapers!!!! The examples given of would be inventors are that of Daniel Chingoma only success is never celebrated unless you are leaning “somewhere”!! Its a shame.

I don’t think we have to be hurt by the move taken by our fellow brother Max. The challenge in Africa lies with the political leadership in our context. Things will never work for Africa so long we have dictators & self aggrandizing individuals like our political heads who do not promote native fellow countrymen for the benefit of our community at large.
To just highlight a bit, most of our leaders have investments abroad which is utterly a sign of lack of love for the pple they lead/rule!!!!
Its a shame for Africa and I believe, our African land needs to be delivered.
This thing is bogus, thought so when I saw the news, still do now.
