Last Kazambaza (40) and Beauty Kadzuramera (28) were convicted by Chinhoyi Magistrate, Letwin Rwodzi for confining their 13 year old deaf and disabled child to the fowl run, which she used as both a lodging and toilet.
Magistrate Rwodzi remanded the pair in custody to the 16th of March when she will deliver sentence.The girl narrated how she used the fowl run as her lodging, toilet and dining room. She also had no proper bedding as she used a bed made of grass.
