Harare fire brigade has in the video failed to extinguish a fire after its horse pipes started leaking. This is not the first time the fire brigade has been criticised for incompetence as it sometimes delays to attend to cases or arrives at the scene without water.
Observers have said that authorities are taking people for a ride as they are failing to provide even basic services such as extinguishing a fire.
Zimbabwe has since 24 months ago plunged into an unprecedented socio-economic crisis characterised by a huge deficit in power, medicines, forex, fuel, cash and food.
