Norton Legislator, Temba Mliswa has posted on Twitter a mail he got from a Resident residing in Aspindale Park, commonly known as Joshua Nkomo Cooperative. The resident claims that the Ministry of Lands has claimed that the land they are occupying belongs to Billy Rautenbach. It also urged residents to engage Rautenbach in regularising it. The resident claims they did, but, Rautenbach now has further demands including US$85 per square metre, 2% tax and 15% VAT from every resident or they get evicted.
