Holy Ten Arrested Over Alleged Rape Of 14-year-old Girl

Police have confirmed the arrest of hip-hop artist Mukudzei Chitsama, popularly known as Holy Ten, on allegations of rape.

In a brief statement issued on Tuesday, 21 July, Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi said a 27-year-old local musician had been arrested in connection with rape allegations involving a 14-year-old girl.

The alleged incident is said to have occurred in the Hatfield area of Harare on Monday.

Police did not provide further details as investigations are ongoing.

“The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirms the arrest of a local musician (27) on allegations of rape involving a 14-year-old complainant in the Hatfield area, Harare, on 20th July 2026,” said Nyathi.

He added that more details will be released in due course.
