  1. Your business should be shaped by your customers, you should take enough time to listen to them. Your CS department do not have patient & same people in that department but with different explanations. At times when I query about something I will hold for nn agent for too long on my cellphone, n still not receive necessary help that one would hope for. So in short get your house in order.

  2. Not impressed especially on compact a whole 2 dollars for those channels also make improvements on movies it’s the same movies for years

  5. The major challenge of Dstv is billing you for what you have not watched.Airtime, Electricity units anoenderana nezvawashandisa.lmimi even if l have watched tv for a limited time when the month is over you switch customers off.For me hapana value for money. It is robbery. Patariseivo ipapo.

  6. Kindly do same upgrade for your west African customers especially Nigeria. Your channels now seem monotonous and boring and the incessant subscription increases is frustrating. No value for customer complaints

  7. Why do you punish compact Zimbabwe.
Why i ask why 2 dollars for Kix.
    Who watches that stuff .

  8. As long as people cant choose what they want its pointless to be forced to watch MojaLove when you only want to watch rugby. Its selfish monopoly

  10. DStv Liberia as well is included in your packages. We need to understand and know those packages.

  11. Guys don’t waste your time with dstv. Just use that subs money to buy data and a Netflix package. You will be able to watch exciting new content everyday at your own time not following their time.
