Dynamos Football Club is making big changes in response to a tough start to their 2025 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League campaign.
In a statement released on Monday, 12 May, the club said it would completely restructure its technical team. The move comes as part of efforts to bounce back from what’s been described as a “performance slump” and get the team back to winning ways.
Details about who’s leaving or joining the technical setup haven’t been shared yet, but the club promised that the process will follow proper procedure.
Fans won’t have to wait long for answers though. A full announcement on the new technical structure is expected by Wednesday, 14 May 2025. The statement reads:
Following a thorough review of the team’s current performance and log standing, the club has resolved to take immediate action to restore its competitive edge.
To address the performance slump, the management has decided to… restructure the current technical team in its entirety, following due process.
The announcement comes as frustration continues to grow among fans, with Dynamos struggling to find form this season.
The team is currently stuck in 16th place, deep in the relegation zone, after managing just one win from eleven games.
It’s been a rough run: five losses, five draws, and only 8 points on the board. To make matters worse, the club has a goal difference of -5, a clear sign of problems at both ends of the pitch.
Our team is going to the Dogs. Just resolve the ownership issue and find a capable coach for the team. Mablanyo is too little to coach a team like Dynamos.
The problem of dynamos is not Mablanyo, it’s Bernard Marriott who has taken Dynamos to him self. Dynamos used to have quality players before. This team doesnt have competitive players at all. It looks like they just groped a bunch of offcuts to make a team. Watch, this team will be relegated of no players come in. Professionalism is gone. To a team like Dynamos, this disgrace, pathetic and abomination. Bernard Marriott is greed and selfishness.he only thinks of putting money to himself and sacrifice the team. Have you noticed that that Dynamos have lost even supporters. Many have gone to Scotland and Loyd Mutasa guys. No serious business at Dynamos,…. Shame to Bernard Marriott and team. They must sell this brand to people who can manage it professionally and take it back to glory days.
