The President of the Chief’s Council of Zimbabwe, Chief Fortune Charumbira, was secretly recorded pestering her married niece for a kiss after he had allegedly sexually assaulted her.
The niece, who is 27 years old and a teacher at a school in Masvingo, reported the matter to the police.
She was allegedly sexually assaulted by Charumbira on 31 March and again on 02 April at Rainbow Towers Hotel and Munomutapa Hotel, respectively.
The victim recorded Charumbira, who is also the President of the Pan-African Parliament, after the second incident.
