Security Guard Accidentally Shoots Self, Dies
A security guard at a mining company in Bindura, Mashonaland Central Province, was killed after he accidentally discharged his firearm last week.
Decide Masosote accidentally shot himself in the abdomen and died on his way to the hospital.
Mashonaland Central province police spokesperson Inspector Milton Mundembe confirmed the case to Bulawayo24 News. He said:
I can confirm a sudden death case in Bindura where a security guard Decide Masosote accidentally shot himself in the abdomen and his intestines protruded from the stomach.
He was rushed to Bindura hospital and he died along the way.

Masosote accidentally pulled the trigger and shot himself while standing close to one Kelvin Muzambi who was welding.
