Turkiye's Minister Of Foreign Affairs To Visit Zimbabwe

Turkiye’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mevlüt Çavusoglu, will be visiting Zimbabwe from 10 to 11 January 2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, has said.

In a statement, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade spokesperson Livit Mugejo said Çavusoglu is scheduled to hold talks with Acting President Constantino Chiwenga and his counterpart Frederick Shava. Said Mugejo:

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye, Honourable Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, will be visiting Zimbabwe from 10 to 11 January 2023.

He is scheduled to hold talks with Acting President Honourable Dr. Constantino Chiwenga and his counterpart, Honourable Minister F.M. Shava.

The Minister’s visit is meant to consolidate the robust and blossoming bilateral relations between Zimbabwe and Turkiye.
