Seven people have been killed and five others injured in Ennerdale, Johannesburg.
The incident took place at the corner of Beatrice and Phillips streets in Finetown on Saturday night, eNCA news reported.
Police believe four suspects tried to rob street vendors who were selling chicken feet, but they resisted and that’s when the attack occurred.
South Africa has exceptionally high rates of murder, gender-based violence, robbery and violent conflict.
