Zimbabwe’s ambassador to Mozambique, Victor Matemadanda, has graduated with a doctoral degree in Business Administration.
ZBC News reports that Matemadanda was studying with the African Leadership Institute, an affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management. Reads a Twitter post by ZBC News:
CONGRATULATIONS! Zimbabwe’s Ambassador to Mozambique, Dr Victor Matemadanda, has graduated with a Doctor of Business Administration with the African Leadership Institute, an affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management.
Matemadanda is a former Deputy Minister of Defence and War Veterans Affairs. He is also a former ZANU PF National Political Commissar.
He was deployed to Mozambique last year.
