Highlanders' "New Peter Ndlovu" Makes Debut

Highlanders on Friday promoted 16-year-old Prince Ndlovu from the club’s developmental side, Bosso90, to the first team.

Prince became the youngest player in the club’s history to be promoted to the first team at the age of 16 years, 170 days.

He broke the record that had been held by legendary former Warriors captain, Peter Ndlovu, who broke into the first team at the age of 16 years, 178 days, 33 years ago.

Highlanders announced Prince’s promotion via their official social media sites on Friday. The club said:

The Club is pleased to announce the promotion of 16-year-old Prince Ndlovu from the Highlanders FC development side, Bosso 90 to the main team. We’re proud of the progress he’s made.
