NetOne Apologises Over Network Challenges
NetOne, the second-largest mobile network operator in Zimbabwe has issued an apology after subscribers reported that they continue to face network challenges following the recent system upgrade.
In a statement issued on Saturday, NetOne said:
We would like to apologise for the intermittent service being experienced, following the system upgrade.
FeedbackOur engineers are working to restore data balances to normalcy.
Thank you for your patience whilst we rectify these challenges. Any inconveniences caused are regretted.

The development comes just days after Econet Wireless, the biggest mobile network operator in the country, also experienced internet challenges which left the customers angry.
