OPC Congratulates VP Chiwenga, Col. Baloyi On Their Marriage

President Emmerson Mnangagwa and the rest of the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) have congratulated Vice President Constantino Chiwenga and Colonel Miniyothabo Baloyi, on the occasion of their recent marriage.

The congratulatory message to VP Chiwenga and his new wife, Col. Baloyi was signed by the Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Misheck Sibanda. The message reads:
