Twitter Suspends Account Belonging To President Mnangagwa's Spokesperson
The microblogging site, Twitter, has suspended the account belonging to George Charamba who is the Press Secretary in the Office of the President of Zimbabwe, the official spokesperson of president Emmerson Mnangagwa.
He has been in this position since 2000 when he was appointed by President Robert Mugabe.
We currently do not know why Charamba’s account @Jamwanda2 was suspended but Twitter has in the past suspended accounts for a number of reasons.
Twitter listed the rules that could lead to the suspension of accounts and said one’s account will be suspended if and or when they are violated. We present the rules below:
