South Africa Coronavirus / COVID-19 Daily Update: 21 February 2022

Here is South Africa’s Coronavirus/ COVID-19 Situation Report or Update issued by the Department of Health (NDoH) RSA on Sunday 21 February 2022:

On Monday, the NDoH reported 137 deaths bringing the total fatalities to 98 804 to date.

The cumulative number of COVID-19 cases identified in South Africa was 3 659 698 with 1 151 new cases reported.

New recoveries  3 524 402 with a recovery rate of 96.3%.

The cumulative number of vaccinations administered: 31 039 221.
