The Zimbabwe United Passenger Company (ZUPCO) has announced an adjustment of bus and omnibus (kombi) fares with effect from Wednesday, 16 February 2022.
The public transporter said with effective from tomorrow, bus fares for distances of 0-20 km will be increased from $50 to $80 while kombi fares will be adjusted from the current $80 to $100.
For distances of 21-30km, bus fares have been increased from the current $80 to $100 while kombis fares have been adjusted from $100 to $120, an increase of $20 dollars.
For distances of 31-40km, ZUPCO passengers will now pay $120, an increase from the current $100. The new fares for kombis have not been announced.
