Mauchi Speaks On Death Rumour

Masvingo-based poet Abel Mauchi has finally addressed social media rumours claiming that he has died.

In a video sent to CommuTalk, Mauchi said that he was not feeling well but was recovering. He said:

I am alive. There is a rumour circulating on social media that I have passed on is a lie.
I haven’t been well and still recovering but that I am dead is false.

Mauchi recently sent out an SOS, pleading for financial assistance for medical bills and for his general well-being.

The talented poet is yet to produce a well-documented poetry presentation as most of his viral work are non-choreographed freestyle performances.
