WATCH: Mnangagwa Was As Sober As A Judge - Mangwana

The Permanent Secretary of Information, Nick Mangwana has said, president Emmerson Mnangagwa was “not drunk” at a Scholarship Fund event held recently.

A short video clip circulating on social media in which Mnangagwa was holding hands with his two aides who accompanied him to the podium left many saying he was drunk. Mangwana later posted two video clips and captioned:

After the event in which some thought his being attentive to his Scholarship Fund benefactors was being drunk, HE President @edmnangagwa is seen here going home. He walks with vigour balance and focus. Not drunk, not sick just single-mindedness to develop Zimbabwe #fivemoreyears

He captioned another as follows:

Tomorrow is another day so my final installment tonight is on, how the walk hand in hand started. Musatinyaudza futi.
