JOB ALERT: Bulawayo City Council Recruiting Contract Security Guards

Bulawayo City Council (BCC) is recruiting eighty (80) contract security guards, Town Clerk Christopher Dube has revealed in a public notice this Sunday.

Applicants must be mature and physically fit aged between 18 to 45 years and should have no criminal record.

  • Guards Council assets and employees.
  • Searches vehicles coming in and going out of Council premises to prevent theft by both Council employees and members of the public.
  • Controls, checks vending sites and compliance by vendors and arresting of offenders.
  • Attends court cases on behalf of Council.
  • Provides escort services for cash in transit and fuel transportation and other valuable items.
  • Conducts patrols in Council installations or place of deployment
  • A least “O’ Level Standard of education.
  • Be mature and physically fit aged between 18 to 45years.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • No criminal record.
