- (18) of these cases are from outbreaks in schools Manicaland (13) and Masvingo (5).
- Deaths: 0
- Vaccinations: 5 797 (first dose); 8 424 (second dose)
- Total Cumulative Vaccinations: 3 293 882 (first dose); 2 574 836 (second dose).
- As of 27 October 2021, 1500hrs there were 65 hospitalised cases: New Admissions 8, Asymptomatic 4, mild to moderate 47, severe 11 and 3 in Intensive Care Units.
- Tests: 3 966 (Positivity today was 1.8%)
- New Recoveries: 76; National Recovery Rate: 96%
