- Deaths: 2
- 10 Cases were reported from outbreaks in schools Bulawayo (5) and Masvingo (5).
- Vaccinations: 7 067 (first dose); 9 447 (second dose)
- Total Cumulative Vaccinations: 3 251 466 (first dose); 2 517 653 (second dose).
- As of 20 October 2021, 01500hrs there were 85 hospitalised cases: New Admissions 5, Asymptomatic 10, mild to moderate 58, severe 13 and 4 in Intensive Care Units.
- Tests: 2 781 (Positivity today was 1.9%)
- New Recoveries: 107; National Recovery Rate: 96%
- Active Cases: 1 102
