Here is the Coronavirus/ COVID-19 Situation Report or Update for Zimbabwe by the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MoHCC) on 20 September 2021:

- Local Cases: 248
- Returnees: 0 {High number of cases constituting 58% of cases reported today Mash East (13), Midlands (54), Manicaland (12) and Masvingo (49) are from outbreaks detected in schools}.
- Deaths: 2
- Vaccinations: 13 120 (first dose); 16 648 (second dose)
- Total Cumulative Vaccinations: 2 962 145 (first dose); 2 082 043 (second dose)
- Tests: 3 709 (Positivity today was 6.7%)
- As of 17 September 2021, 01500hrs there were 96 hospitalised cases: New Admissions 14, Asymptomatic 9, mild to moderate 65, severe 13 and 9 in Intensive Care Units.
- Recoveries: 152; National Recovery Rate: 94%
- Active Cases: 2 519
- Total Cumulative Cases: 128 186
