The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has appealed to members of the public for information that may lead to the location of an 11-year-old girl who went missing on Sunday.
In a statement on Tuesday evening, ZRP spokesperson Assitant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said the girl, Ethel Nyoni, was last seen around 2 PM on 29 August in Harare’s Cranborne area. Said Nyathi:

The Zimbabwe Republic Police is appealing for information that may lead to the location of a minor, Ethel Nyoni (11) who went missing on 29th August 2021 in Cranborne at 1400 hours.
The minor left home claiming that she wanted to buy some jiggies. She did not come back. Ethel is a grade five student who was last seen wearing a yellow blouse, black leg in and black tennis shoes.
