UPDATE: Missing Chinhoyi Baby Found Four Months Later
A six-month-old Chinhoyi baby, Dadirai Seremwe, who was reported missing four months ago has been found dumped in Mt Darwin, some 215 Km from Chinhoyi.
The baby that went missing four months ago in Chinhoyi’s Ruvimbo area was allegedly stolen around one am by unknown assailants when her mother, Vicky Nyanhete, had reportedly escorted a visitor.

Police reported back then that when the mother of the baby returned, she was told by her two minor babies that an unidentified man had forcibly entered the house and made off with the baby.
Vicky Nyanhete reported the matter to the police but she was arrested and detained Nyanhete and her friend for three nights.

The baby was recovered after a tip-off.
The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirmed the recovery of the baby adding that DNA tests will be conducted to ascertain if the baby is indeed the one stolen from Chinhoyi.
