Chitungwiza Municipality Receives COVID-19 Vaccines
The Municipality of Chitungwiza has received COVID-19 vaccines from the Ministry of Health and Child and will commence administering the first jab tomorrow, the 8th of July.
In a public notice this Wednesday, Chitungwiza Municipality said vaccination will be done at all council clinics as well as at Chitungwiza Central Hospital, Zimbabwe Republic Police, and Citi-Med Hospital. The notice read:
Chitungwiza Municipality’s Health Department wishes to inform the general public that it is now in possession of the COVID-19 vaccination first dose.
FeedbackIt is in this regard that all those that intend to get the first dose should visit the following centres; all Council Clinics, Chitungwiza Central Hospital, Zimbabwe Republic Police, and Citi-Med Hospital starting tomorrow 8 July 2021.
However, we would like to plead with the public to be patient and bear with us as the team administering the vaccine will be overwhelmed since it is also offering routine services to children and adults.
