Ruvingo Samanga To Represent Zimbabwe During EDD 21
Zimbabwean Ruvimbo Samanga will represent the country during the European Development Days (EDD 21) to be held in June.
The 14th edition of the European Development Days will take place on 15-16 June 2021 and will be fully digital.
EDD 21 is a forum for international cooperation and development and will this year include passionate debates on how to preserve the planet for future generations and how to tackle climate change issues.
Samanga was chosen out of 200 candidates as a young change-maker so that she could share her expertise, ideas and ambition on sustainable future development.
Samanga said she grew up in Bulawayo and became interested in space as a young girl. She said:

She says her dream is to see more African youth, especially young girls, in the African space industry.
